Driving from Milano to Genova. The link between Milano, in Lombardia, and Genova, in Liguria, follows the A7 autostrada for about 160 km, crossing the Apennines down to the Ligurian coast. The whole route is tolled, with toll plazas operated by the motorway concessionaire.
